The girls are officially walking now! There had been tentative steps here and there for a couple weeks and then voila we just started walking across the livingroom. Tuesday night Grace was walking across the livingroom, the dining room, and their bedroom. And loving it, in Gracezilla fashion. Frances was more apprehensive. The nanny thought maybe another couple of weeks before Frances started doing floor length laps. But yesterday she was walking all over the place. Crazy how fast they learn.
13 months, 3 weeks = the beginning of some serious physical workouts for mommy, daddy, and nanny chasing after two toddlers.
Note to self: Gotta find some kid leashes (I sympathize with those parents now)!

how exciting! another milestone for the little ladies. I can only imagine you and Richard running after them haha :-) Have they been able to master that little step up between the living room and dining room?
Not walking up and down it. But they walk towards it like steamrollers and then drop down to climb up or go down. Sometimes it doesn't look like they are going to stop, but they do. We have had a couple face plants due to miscues ... so I put a cushiony rug there.
